Description de l’offre YUX is seeking an Operation Manager.YUX is a research and design company based in Dakar and Abidjan. Our multicultural, ambitious and slightly crazy team of 25 is made up of designers, developers and sociologists. Our ambition: to create digital products adapted to the African continent. As part of the growth of LOOKA, a de-centralized data collection service based on a mobile application, we are looking for an entrepreneurial profile to manage all the operations of this new startup. Your profile? You are resourceful, entrepreneurial and ambitious. You have 1 to 3 years experience in the operations or business development of a startup or digital product – Ideally in Africa. You know a little bit about market research and quantitative surveys. You are humble and attentive. You are comfortable speaking in public and networking. You will be working full time on the development of LOOKA, and especially on: The evolution of the product with our tech and design teams The coordination of communication and marketing with our designers and community managers Business development and sourcing of new corporate and NGO clients Recruitment, management and training of investigators in several African capitals Preparing and sampling studies in coordination with our corporate and NGO clients Sorting and analyzing data and presentation to clients Design of new concepts for clients with our design team
