Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:
At least 18 years old.
Legal residents of Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam or St. Johns County, and have resided in one of these counties for at least 12 months at the time of application.
Requesting funding for activities which take place June 15, 2021 – May 30, 2022. No grant funds may be requested for expenditures which occur prior to June 15, 2021.
Applicants may not be:
Students enrolled in an art-related degree program, or planning to pursue a degree in the coming year.
Curators, promoters, presenters or festival organizers. Eligible applicants are the artists themselves.
A recipient of a 2020 Art Ventures grant. Due to the high demand for grants, artists may not receive grants in consecutive years, and are only eligible to three Individual Artist grants in a lifetime.
