Responsibilities
- Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
- Make key decisions that will affect the company’s direction
- Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
- Produce a business plan to expand cattle from 6,000 to 20,000 head, initiate 23,000 ha sugar cane, plan orchards, row crops, plantations for another 15,000 ha, plan for wildlife and agri-tourism integration.
Qualifications
- Degree in Agriculture or commerce with agricultural operational experience
- MBA ideally
- 10+ years’ experience in business related field
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
- Must speak French
