Are you willing to take on the challenge of being the first point of contact between customers and suppliers to deliver a best in class experience to our Supply Chain Management (SCM) clients through proactive identification and mitigation of issues.

Key responsibilities
You will be expected to:• Own all Supply Chain Management Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview• Handle all file management activities post booking• Manage the documentation, system updates and operational finance• Manage end-to-end shipment process, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customer• Own all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders• Provide the most reliable and efficient service to our customers at the lowest possible cost• Develop and implement a strategy to create customizable solutions based on customer needs while maintaining standard product offerings
We are looking for• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics industry preferable• University/Bachelor’s degree• Highly motivated, detail oriented and able to efficiently deliver on time every time• Positive attitude and proactive collaboration• Good stakeholder management and customer service• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent command of written and spoken English is instrumentalPOSTULER
